Since its inception in 1999, the Governing Institute of NJ (GINJ) has
been training a diverse group of emerging leaders from all walks of life. As a nonprofit, nonpartisan 501 (C)(3) agency, the GINJ empowers tomorrow's leaders through a six alternate Saturday Leadership Institute program. The Leadership Institute is a program developed and conducted by the GINJ which enables community people to attain a higher skill level for involvement in their communities.
